Entering Zero Hours as Timesheet Duration

Sometimes you will need to create a timesheet with a 00:00 duration. You can do this in Avaza in the following manner.

You can follow these steps to enter zero hours as timesheet duration:

Enter Zero Hours Via Timer

  1. Click Timer to Start it
  2. Stop Timer immediately. This will open a Timesheet Edit popup
  3. Enter 0 hours in the duration box and click Save.

Entering Zero Hours via Week-View

In week-view, you can easily enter 0 in the duration field, and save the timesheet. This will save zero hours timesheet for that activity.
