Your Avaza login is your email address. Every Avaza account that has you as a user under that email is linked to the same login, and there's no limit on how many. You sign in once, then switch between accounts.
How an account gets linked
- You accept an invitation. When an Administrator invites your email address to their account, accepting the invitation links that account to your login. If you already have an Avaza login, you only confirm your details for that account, such as your name and time zone. You don't choose a new password.
- You create another account with the same email. On the sign-up page, Avaza recognises the address and asks for your existing password. Enter it, and the new account is linked to your login. If you've forgotten it, reset it first: see forgotten password.
What linked accounts share
- One password. Changing or resetting it changes it for all your accounts.
- One set of MFA methods. Multi-factor authentication belongs to your login. If an Administrator of any of your accounts resets your MFA, it's removed for all of them.
- Your Google sign-in, if you use it.
Each account keeps its own data, and your roles and permissions are set separately in each one.
Your accounts use different emails
If you were added to an account under another email address, you have two options:
- Sign out and sign in with that email whenever you need that account.
- Ask an Administrator of that account to change your email there to the one you use for your other accounts. See changing an email address.
Within one account, only one person with access can use a given email address. See adding a contact with an email address that's already in use.
