Keeping track of the availability of the entire team can be a colossal task. Avaza’s Resource Scheduling allows you to know who is working on what and when and who is available for more assignments.
To sort team members by lowest to highest availability
- Click the Filter button on the Team Schedule page
- On the Filter modal, click “Availability” radio button under Sort By section
- Optionally enter the Date range you want to use for sorting the list by availability. If the Date range is left blank then current week will be used for sorting by availability.
- Click Apply Filter
The list of team members will be sorted with lowest availability team members at the top. You can use this view to quickly fix any over and under allocation issues.
