Yes. Avaza runs in the web browser on your computer, phone or tablet, and there are four apps for phones and computers. They all work with your Avaza account, so anything you do in an app is on the web straight away.

On iPhone and iPad, the apps need iOS 15.1 or later (Avaza Expenses: iOS 15.0). Avaza Timesheets for Mac needs macOS 10.10 or later. The Timesheets installer for Windows downloads from Google Drive. Every app needs an internet connection.
What each app does
Avaza All in One is the Avaza web app in an app, and shows as Avaza on your phone. You get every module your roles allow, laid out for a small screen. A few things still need a web browser: attaching files from Google Drive or Dropbox, and exporting a Gantt chart to PDF. On iPhone and iPad, the app also leaves out the subscription and upgrade pages and the Developer Apps & API and App Marketplace settings.
Avaza Timesheets tracks your time: start and stop timers, add and edit entries, and submit your week for approval, on your phone or on your Mac or Windows computer. See the Timesheets app guide.
Avaza Expenses records expenses with a photo of the receipt and submits them for approval. See the Avaza Expenses app.
Avaza Chat brings direct messages, channels and task discussions to your phone and desktop, and notifies you about new messages. See the Avaza Chat apps and getting started with chat.
Who can use them
- All in One: anyone with an Avaza login. What you see depends on your roles, as on the web.
- Timesheets and Expenses: you need the Timesheet/Expense User or Administrator role. Without it, the app shows No Timesheet Access! or No Expenses Access!.
- Chat: you need the Chat User role. Administrators can always use chat.
An Administrator gives roles in Contacts. See why can't I assign a role? if a role can't be ticked.
The apps use the same login as Avaza on the web. Sign in with your email and password, or tap Sign in with Google if that's how you sign in on the web. If you've set up multi-factor authentication, enter your code as usual. If your company only allows Google sign-in, use Sign in with Google. See login enforcement.
The Timesheets and Expenses apps then ask you to let the app use your account: tap Grant Access to Avaza.
You need an Avaza account to sign in. If you don't have one, ask your company's Administrator to invite you, or sign up on the web.
Use Avaza in your phone's browser
You don't have to install an app. Avaza's web app fits phone and tablet screens: open your browser, sign in as usual, and open the menu to move between modules.
