Unfortunately not. Admin users and Project Managers can easily enter time for another team member using Impersonation. However, in order to do so, the person they are entering time for must be a timesheet user as well, which means you will need to use a timesheet/expense user license for them.

You can add more timesheet/expense users beyond what your subscription includes by navigating to Settings > Avaza Subscription > Manage Plan Add-ons.
Assigning a role does not automatically send contacts an Invite to Avaza. To track time on behalf of a user who does not need access to Avaza, simply uncheck the “Send Email Invite to User” checkbox when creating a new Team Member or External Contact. This will create the user with the appropriate roles without sending them an invitation to join Avaza.
