Yes. Avaza has a native, two-way integration with QuickBooks Online. It copies your invoices to QuickBooks as you create and update them in Avaza, and it can copy payments in both directions. Customers and inventory items that QuickBooks doesn't have yet are created for you, and each Avaza tax is mapped to a QuickBooks tax code.
An Administrator sets it up:
Go to Settings › App Marketplace, click the QuickBooks app and click Connect.
Click Grant Access to Avaza, then Connect to QuickBooks, and sign in to QuickBooks.
Tick the option to create or update invoices in QuickBooks. Set the Integration Start Date for Invoices, the accounts, the invoice statuses to copy and the payment options, and map your taxes under Map Tax Codes.
Click Save Settings, then Start Sync.
The QuickBooks Online integration guide explains every setting, the Activity Log and sync errors, and how to disconnect.
Good to know:
- Supplier bills don't sync with QuickBooks Online. The Xero integration does sync bills.
- Retainer invoices aren't copied, and nor are credit notes.
- To post revenue to different income accounts, see mapping invoice lines to income sub-accounts.
The native integration replaces the older set-up through Zapier for invoices. Zapier is still there for connecting Avaza to other apps.
