Avaza works on any network that has internet access. If it won't load on one connection, such as your office Wi-Fi, but works on others, something on that network is blocking it.
Find out where the problem is
Try a different connection, such as your phone's mobile data or a mobile hotspot.
If Avaza works there, the problem is with the first network. Its internet service provider (ISP), or its firewall or web filter, is blocking Avaza, often by accident.
If Avaza doesn't load on any connection, but other websites do, contact Avaza Support.
Ask your ISP or IT team to allow Avaza
Contact the ISP, or your IT team if it's a company network, and ask them to allow access to Avaza. It's usually a quick fix. Avaza uses these addresses, all over HTTPS:
- any.avaza.com, the sign-in page;
- your account's own address, such as aurorastudio.avaza.com. Every account has its own address ending in avaza.com, so allowing *.avaza.com covers them all;
- cdn.avaza.com, which delivers the app's scripts, styles and fonts;
- s3.amazonaws.com, which serves file attachments when you open or download them;
- www.avaza.com and signup.avaza.com, the website and the sign-up page.
If Avaza's emails don't arrive on the same network either, see whitelisting Avaza email addresses.
When you contact Avaza Support
Tell Avaza Support which connections you tried, what you see (for example an error message or a blank page), and whether other websites load. That helps them find the cause quickly.
