Sometimes you will need to create a timesheet with a 00:00 duration. You can do this in Avaza in the following manner.
Avaza allows you to enter both a billable rate and a cost rate for each user, and timesheet category. Only Project Managers, Admins and Invoice Managers have access to cost and billing rates.
The Start/End time setting is switched off by default. However, if you have enabled the setting on your account and decide to change it at a later point, it will not necessarily affect the previous time entries.
Avaza allows you to round your timesheets based on business requirements. Timesheet rounding is applied when adding time to invoices or when viewing relevant reports.
With Avaza, you can easily configure timesheet settings at the account-level, including reminders, timesheet display formats, rounding, locking approved timesheets, time entry-specific settings and timesheet categories to help you manage your projects and workforce more effectively.
To prevent users from editing timesheet entries after they’ve been approved, you can lock timesheets. Here are two ways in which timesheets can be locked.
Adding un-invoiced time to invoices is quite simple. First, you need to make sure you have an appropriate billable method selected. You can refer to the Project Settings Guide to learn more about setting up the billable method and rates for your projects.
To enable Timesheet reminders, navigate to Settings > Timesheet Settings and toggle the Reminders On or Off.
Yes, Avaza provides various billing options to invoice your customer on a per-project basis. Set varying billable rates via Project Settings. You can choose to invoice based on Project, Category or Person hourly rate or choose not to apply hourly rate.
Time is entered against the Project & Timesheet Category. Timesheet Categories allow you to track time against different types of work, e.g. research, development, etc.
