The following guide outlines the process of changing an email address in Avaza. This can be done for both team members and external contacts. Only users with the Admin role can change email addresses for existing contacts.

Linking Avaza Accounts to Email
You can link an unlimited number of Avaza accounts to one email address and easily switch between different accounts. Please note if you have multiple Avaza’s accounts linked to different email IDs, you can change the email address linked to your account.
Forgotten Custom Account Web Address
The good news is you don’t need to remember your account’s unique address any more. Simply click the login link on the Avaza public website and enter your username and password. Once you’ve successfully logged in, you can view all the accounts your login has access to.

Tracking recent activity on your Avaza account is easy. In the top right corner of the app screen, there is an icon that toggles the activity screen view on and off.

Switch Between Accounts
Click on the User Profile icon in the top right of the app screen, and you will see an option to switch between accounts.
Forgotten Password
To change a Forgotten password, on your account log-in screen click the “Forgot” link.
