If a team member leaves, you will need to revoke their access to your Avaza account. You can do this by archiving them. This removes their access to your Avaza account, while still retaining their data.

Unfortunately not. Admin users and Project Managers can easily enter time for another team member using Impersonation. However, in order to do so, the person they are entering time for must be a timesheet user as well, which means you will need to use a timesheet/expense user license for them.
